中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征对患者FSH和LH水平的改善探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗应用于围绝经期综合征(MPS)患者中对改善其卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平的价值。方法选取46例MPS患者,均接受中西医结合治疗。观察治疗前后患者的血清FSH、LH、雌二醇(E_(2))水平及不良反应发生情况。结果相比治疗前,治疗后患者血清FSH及LH水平均明显降低、E_(2)水平明显升高,治疗前后的血清FSH、LH、E_(2)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。46例患者中出现1例轻度偏头痛,未见其他严重不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗MPS的效果可靠,安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the value of the treatment of menopausal syndrome(MPS)with integrated Chinese and western medicine in improving the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH).Methods 46 patients with MPS were selected,all of whom were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The levels of serum FSH,LH,estradiol(E_(2))and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the serum FSH and LH levels were significantly decreased and the E_(2)level was significantly increased after treatment,and there were statistical significances in serum FSH,LH and E_(2)levels before and after treatment(P<0.05).One of the 46 patients had mild migraine,and no other serious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of MPs has reliable efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
