精细护理在腹腔镜子宫切除术患者全麻诱导期和苏醒期的应用

摘　　要：目的研究在腹腔镜子宫切除术患者全麻诱导期和苏醒期应用精细护理的干预价值。方法选取48例腹腔镜子宫切除术患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各24例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取精细护理。比较两组诱导期和苏醒期血流动力学指标、护理前后心理状态评分。结果苏醒期,观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分[(43.19±3.34)分、(45.93±3.24)分]均低于对照组[(54.22±5.55)分、(53.35±6.78)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜子宫切除术患者全麻诱导期和苏醒期应用精细护理,能够改善其血流动力学指标,缓解患者的不良心理状态,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the intervention value of fine nursing in the induction and recovery period of general anesthesia in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 48 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing intervention,the observation group took fine nursing,Hemodynamic indexes and psychological state scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results During the recovery period,the leoels of heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group[(43.19±3.34)points and(45.93±3.24)points]were lower than those of the control group[(54.22±5.55)points and(53.35±6.78)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine nursing in the induction and recovery period of laparoscopic hysterectomy can improve their hemodynamic indexes and alleviate the adverse psychological state,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
