助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理模式在产科中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理模式在产科中的应用效果。方法选取112例产妇,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各56例。对照组采用人性化护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用助产士一对一全程陪伴,对比两组产妇的护理效果。结果观察组分娩前1d、分娩后2h的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组宫口全开时的疼痛评分低于对照组,分娩控制评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的阴道分娩率明显高于对照组,转剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理模式可缩短产程,减轻分娩疼痛及心理压力,提高分娩控制感与阴道分娩率。Objective To analyze the application effect of the one-on-one full process companionship humanized nursing model of midwives in obstetrics.Methods 112 parturients were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group(56 cases each)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with humanized nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with one-on-one full process accompanying delivery by midwives on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group 1 day before delivery and 2 hours after delivery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the uterus fully opened,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the delivery control score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-on-one full process companionship nursing model of midwives can shorten the delivery process,reduce delivery pain and psychological pressure,improve delivery control and vaginal delivery rate.
