巧妙的娩出胎头手法在二次剖宫产术中的临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的探究巧妙的娩出胎头手法在二次剖宫产术中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院行二次剖宫产的产妇术中发现子宫疤痕挛缩及弹性差的280例产妇为研究对象,按照分娩先后顺序,取先分娩的140例产妇设为对照组,后分娩的140例产妇设为研究组。对照组予以常规手指娩出手法,研究组予以巧妙的娩出胎头手法,比较两组手术情况、不良事件发生率及生活质量评分。结果研究组胎头娩出时间、手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论巧妙的娩出胎头手法在二次剖宫产术中的临床应用效果显著,可以有效避免子宫切口撕裂、膀胱破裂等情况,降低术中出血量的同时提升产妇生活质量,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of clever fetal head delivery technique in secondary cesarean section,Methods 280 parturients who underwent a second cesarean section in our hospital and found uterine scar contracture and poor elasticity during surgery were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of delivery,140 parturients who delivered first were selected as the control group,and 140 parturients who delivered later were selected as the study group.The control group received routine finger delivery techniques,while the study group received clever fetal head delivery techniques.The surgical conditions,incidence of adverse events,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The delivery time and surgical time of the fetal head in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood output was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clever technique of delivering the fetal head has a significant clinical application effect in secondary cesarean section,which can effectively avoid situations such as uterine incision tear and bladder rupture,reduce intraoperative bleeding,and improve the quality of life of parturients.It is worth further promotion.
