探析双球囊配合导乐在足月妊娠引产中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨针对足月妊娠产妇引产采用双球囊配合导乐的临床价值。方法选取50例足月妊娠产妇,利用奇偶数法分为研究组与对照组,每组25例。对照组采用常规引产,研究组采用双球囊配合导乐引产,比较两组引产效果。结果研究组的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组各产程疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双球囊配合导乐在足月妊娠引产中,可改善妊娠结局,缩短产程时间,减少出血量和降低疼痛程度,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of double balloon combined with doula nursing for inducing labor in full-term pregnancy.Methods 50 full-term pregnant women were selected and divided into study group and control group with 25 cases in each group.The control group was induced by conventional labor,and the study group was induced by double balloon combined with doula.Results The duration of the first,second and third stages of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in study group was lower than that in control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Double balloon combined with doula can improve the pregnancy outcome,shorten the labor time,reduce the amount of blood loss and reduce the degree of pain in the induction of full-term pregnancy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
