认知干预在宫腔镜治疗子宫异常出血患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在子宫异常出血患者宫腔镜治疗中运用认知干预的效果。方法选取110例接受宫腔镜手术治疗的子宫异常出血患者,以随机数字表法分组,n=55。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予认知干预,对比两组患者对疾病认知度、心理状态、生活质量及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者对疾病认知率为96.36%,高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05);护理后观察组焦虑与抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在子宫异常出血患者宫腔镜治疗护理中运用认知干预,可提高患者认知水平,改善心理不良状态,降低患者并发症发生率,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive intervention in hysteroscopic treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 1i0 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who underwent hysteroscopic surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Control group routine care,the observation group was given cognitive intervention based on routine nursing,and the disease awareness,mental state,quality of life and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of disease in observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than that in control group(81.82%,P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group after care(P<0.05).Quality of life scores for all functions were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive intervention in hysteroscopic treatment and nursing of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can improve the cognitive level of patients,improve the psychological adverse state,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
