摘　　要：目的分析人工流产后即刻放置不同避孕环对预防再次怀孕及人工流产的影响。方法选取在本院门诊接受人工流产手术的100例患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各50例。两组均开展人工流产,在完成手术后即刻放置避孕环。对照组应用圆形含铜含吲哚美辛宫内节育器,观察组应用γ型含铜含吲哚美辛宫内节育器,比较两组手术效果及预后情况。结果两组患者上环时间、术后2 h出血量、术后出血时间、再次怀孕率及重复人工流产率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者带环不良反应率为6.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人工流产后即刻放置两种避孕环均能够有效预防再次怀孕及人工流产,但γ型节育器带环期间安全性更高,具有一定优势。Objective To analyze the effect of immediate placement of different contraceptive rings after induced abortion on the prevention of recurrent pregnancy and induced abortion.Methods 100 patients who underwent artificial abortion surgery in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Divide them into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups underwent induced abortion and immediately placed contraceptive rings after the surgery.The control group received circular intrauterine devices containing copper and indomethacin,while the observation group received them γ Compare the surgical effects and prognosis between two groups of copper and indomethacin intrauterine devices.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the timing of intrauterine device insertion,postoperative bleeding volume at 2 hours,postoperative bleeding time,re pregnancy rate,and repeated induced abortion rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The adverse reaction rate of patients with intrauterine devices in the observation group was 6.00%,lower than the control group's 24.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Placing both types of contraceptive rings immediately after induced abortion can effectively prevent re pregnancy and induced abortion,but γ The type of intrauterine device has higher safety and certain advantages during the use of an intrauterine device.
