逍遥丸联合四物汤治疗血瘀血虚型月经不调的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨血瘀血虚型月经不调应用逍遥丸联合四物汤治疗的临床效果。方法选取96例血瘀血虚型月经不调患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组单用四物汤治疗,研究组采用四物汤联合逍遥丸治疗。比较两组血清激素水平和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后研究组卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血瘀血虚型月经不调患者采用逍遥丸联合四物汤治疗,可改善激素水平,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined application of Xiaoyao Pill and Siwu Tang in the treatment of menstrual disorders with blood stasis and deficiency.Methods 96 patients with abnormal menstruation with blood stasis deficiency were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Siwu Tang alone,and the study group was treated with Siwu decoction combined with Xiaoyao Pill.Serum hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of estradiol were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaoyao Pill and Siwu Tang can improve hormone levels and have a lower incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of menstrual disorders caused by blood stasis and blood deficiency.
