摘 要:目的探究胎儿脐动脉血流联合单位时间内尿液生成量预测胎儿宫内缺氧的临床价值。方法选取在本院接受治疗的103例宫内缺氧孕妇为观察组,另选取同时间段103例正常孕妇为对照组。通过多普勒超声测量两组胎儿脐动脉血流参数,比较两组单位时间内尿液生成量。结果观察组脐动脉血流参数均明显高于对照组,胎儿24h内尿液生成量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎儿脐动脉血流联合单位时间内尿液生成量可精准预测胎儿宫内缺氧情况,可作出早期诊断,为后续治疗提供可靠依据,有利于改善胎儿的预后情况,建议临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of fetal umbilical artery blood flow combined with urine production per unit time in predicting fetal intrauterine hypoxia.Methods 103 pregnant women with intrauterine hypoxia who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and another 103 normal pregnant women during the same time period were selected as the control group.Measure the umbilical artery blood flow parameters of two groups of fetuses using Doppler ultrasound and compare the urine production per unit time between the two groups.Results The umbilical artery blood flow parameters in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the fetal urine production within 24 hours was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fetal umbilical artery blood flow and urine production per unit time can accurately predict fetal intrauterine hypoxia.This examination plan can make early diagnosis,provide reliable basis for subsequent treatment,and improve fetal prognosis.It is recommended to promote clinical practice.
