摘 要:目的分析2018—2023年某疾病预防控制中心(简称疾控中心)的紫外线灯辐照强度合格情况,为紫外线灯的消毒质量控制提供依据。方法按GB 15982—2012《医院消毒卫生标准》中紫外线辐照计测定法检测生物安全实验室和门诊等重点科室紫外线灯的辐照强度。功率≥30 W的紫外线灯,使用中紫外线灯强度应≥70μW/cm^(2),新紫外线灯强度应≥90μW/cm^(2)。结果2018—2023年共监测紫外线灯管3065只,合格2623只、合格率85.58%,不同年度紫外线灯辐照强度合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=83.771,P<0.001);生物安全实验室和门诊的紫外线灯辐照强度合格率分别为85.92%和83.56%;门诊紫外线灯辐照强度合格率呈逐年上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=48.260,P<0.001)。结论该疾控中心的紫外线灯辐照强度总体较好,但日常清洁维护不足;应加强灯管的使用和维护管理,定期监测,确保紫外线灯有效消毒。Objective To figure out the qualification of ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity in one disease control and prevention center from2018 to 2023,so as to provide reference for disinfection quality control of ultraviolet-C devices.Methods According to the determination method of ultraviolet radiation meter in GB 15982-2012 Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in hospitals,the ultraviolet-C devices irradiation intensity in key departments such as biosafety laboratory and outpatient department was detected.The intensity of the ultraviolet lamps with the power greater than or equal to 30 W should greater than or equal to 70μW/cm^(2)on using.The intensity of new ultraviolet lamp should be greater than or equal to 90μW/cm^(2).Results From2018 to 2023,a total of 3065 ultraviolet-C devices were monitored,and 2623 were qualified,with the qualified rate of 85.58%.There was statistical difference(P<0.001)in the qualified rates of irradiation intensity in different years(χ^(2)=83.771,P<0.001).The qualified rates of ultraviolet radiation intensity in biosafety laboratory and the outpatient department were 85.92%and 83.56%,respectively,and the qualified rates of ultraviolet lamps showed increasing trend(trendχ^(2)=48.260,P<0.001)year by year.Conclusions The irradiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps is generally good in this center for disease control and prevention.But the daily maintenance is lacking.The usage,maintenance and management should be strengthened and regularly monitored to insure the effective disinfection of the ultraviolet lamps.
