摘 要:尿素装置高压设备的运行状况,关系尿素系统的安全和稳定。尿素的中间产物甲铵具有极强的腐蚀性,导致高压设备衬里的腐蚀,以合成塔顶部衬里腐蚀最为严重。一方面,此处是气液两相接触面,扰动剧烈,加速了介质对衬里的冲击;另一方面,开车时此处极易发生超温现象,加剧腐蚀。本文主要分析合成塔顶部开车时超温的原因,指出采取的措施及取得的成效。In urea produnittion,the operation of high-pressure equipment is related to the safety and stability of the urea system.The intermediate product of urea,methyl ammonium,has strong corrosive properties,leads to the corrosion of high-pressure equipment lining is most serious in the top lining of the synthesis tower.On the one hand,this is the gas-liquid two-phase contact surface,and the perturbation is intense,which accelerates the impact of the medium on the lining;on the other hand,when start-up,this place is very prone to the phenomenon of over-temperature,which aggravates the corrosion.This paper mainly analyzes the reasons for over-temperature at the top of the synthetic tower when start-up,points out the treatments taken and the results achieved.
