高血压家族史对血压正常健康青年男性压力反射敏感度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压家族史是否会影响正常血压健康青年男性的压力反射敏感度水平。方法募集18-30岁血压正常的健康青年男性志愿者;根据父母是否患有高血压病分为高血压家族史阳性组和高血压家族史阴性组。所有志愿者连续采集逐搏血压,利用时间序列法计算个体的压力反射敏感度。结果共募集合适志愿者181名,其中高血压家族史阳性组50名,高血压家族史阴性组131名。有高血压家族史的青年男性的压力反射敏感度显著低于无高血压家族史者[(14.21±4.86)ms/mmHg vs.(18.13±5.79)ms/mmHg,P=0.021]。结论有高血压家族史的青年男性在其血压仍正常时压力反射敏感度已比无家族史者明显偏低,这可能是其未来容易罹患高血压的内在机制之一。Objective To explore whether a family history of hypertension affects the level of baroreflex sensitivity in normotensive healthy young men.Methods Healthy young male volunteers aged 18 to 30 with normal blood pressure were recruited,who were divided into a positive family history of hypertension group and a negative family history of hypertension group based on whether their parents suffer from hypertension.Resutls There were a total of 181 eligible volunteers,including 50 in the group with a positive family history of hypertension and 131 in the group without a family history of hypertension.The baroreflex sensitivity of young men with a family history of hypertension were significantly lower than that of those without a family history of hypertension[(14.21±4.86)ms/mmHg vs.(18.13±5.79)ms/mmHg,P=0.021].Conclusion Young men with a family history of hypertension have significantly lower baroreflex sensitivity than those without a family history when their blood pressure is still normal,which may be one of the underlying mechanisms by which they are prone to developing hypertension in the future.
