摘　　要：Metrnl是一种新型脂肪细胞因子,它与Meteorin有40%的基因系列相似,含有311个氨基酸。Metrnl作为神经营养因子,可以促进神经元生长,有望治疗和缓解与衰老相关的认知功能障碍。在糖代谢中,Metrnl可以促进葡萄糖摄取,改善胰岛素抵抗,是2型糖尿病的理想治疗候选药物。在脂代谢中,Metrnl可以促进白色脂肪组织的棕色化,促脂肪分解,减少脂肪堆积。此外,Metrnl还具有骨诱导性并参与免疫与炎症反应,为许多疾病提供了新的治疗思路。目前,对于Metrnl的临床研究还不够充分,其在人体内的具体作用机制与治疗效果还需要进一步的研究验证。Metrnl is a novel adipocytokine that shares 40%gene family similarity with Meteorin and contains 311 amino acids.Metrnl acts as a neurotrophic factor that promotes neuronal growth,promising to treat and alleviate aging-related cognitive dysfunction.In glucose metabolism,Metrnl can promote glucose uptake and improve insulin resistance,making it an ideal therapeutic candidate for type 2 diabetes.In lipid metabolism,Metrnl can promote browning of white adipose tissue,promote lipolysis and reduce fat accumulation.In addition,Metrnl has osteoinductive properties and participates in immune and inflammatory responses,providing new therapeutic ideas for many diseases.At present,clinical studies on Metrnl are not sufficient,and its specific mechanism of action and therapeutic effects in humans need to be verified by further research.
