肌功能矫正(肌训操)术对儿童正畸的疗效及X线头影测量结果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析早期功能矫治术对儿童正畸的疗效及X线头影测量结果的影响。方法研究纳入青海红十字医院口腔科2021年1月-2024年1月临床收治正畸患儿80例为研究对象,以随机数字抽签分组为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),分别采用矫正器治疗、矫正器联合肌功能矫正(肌训操)术,比较不同治疗模式下组间治疗效果。结果组间治疗总有效率比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前组间X线头影测量指标(SNA角、SNB角、ANB角、UI-NA角、LI-NB角)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后SNA角、SNB角、ANB角、LI-NB角低于对照组,UI-NA角高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前组间矫正效果(上中牙突距、上中牙倾角)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上中牙突距、上中牙倾角均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期功能矫治术在儿童正畸治疗中疗效更高,能显著改善患者X线头影测量结果,提升矫正效果,综合性治疗效果显著,建议临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of early functional orthodontic surgery on pediatric orthodontics and the impact of X-ray cephalometric measurement results.Method A total of 80 orthodontic children admitted to the Department of Stomatology at Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)using orthodontic appliances and orthodontic appliances combined with muscle function correction(muscle training exercises).The treatment effects between the groups were compared under different treatment modes.Result The effective rate of treatment between groups was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in X-ray cephalometric measurement indicators(SNA angle,SNB angle,ANB angle,UI-NA angle,LI-NB angle)between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the SNA angle,SNB angle,ANB angle,and LI-NB angle in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the UI-NA angle was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the correction effect(upper middle tooth protrusion distance and upper middle tooth inclination angle)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower upper middle tooth protrusion distance and upper middle tooth inclination angle than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early functional orthodontic surgery has a higher therapeutic effect in pediatric orthodontic treatment,can significantly improve the X-ray cephalometric measurement results of patients,enhance the corrective effect,and has a significant comprehensive treatment effect.It is recommended to promote clinical use.
