摘　　要：目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合圈套器电切治疗人类免疫缺陷性病毒(HIV)合并肛周尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效观察及护理。方法选择2021年6月-2023年6月赣州市第五人民医院收治的HIV合并肛周CA患者60例,以随机数字表法分组,每组30例。对照组采用咪喹莫特乳膏,试验组采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合圈套器电切治疗,两组均予以护理干预。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛情况以及不良反应、复发率。结果试验组治疗效果优于对照组,治疗后疼痛程度、复发率、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HIV合并肛周CA患者采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合圈套器电切治疗效果确切,可提高治愈率,降低不良反应以及复发率,减轻疼痛程度,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with snare electrocautery in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)complicated with perianal condyloma acuminatum(CA).Method Sixty HIV patients with perianal CA admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received imiquimod cream,while the experimental group received photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid combined with trap electrocautery.Both groups received nursing intervention.Compare the treatment effects,pain levels,adverse reactions,and recurrence rates between two groups.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the degree of pain,recurrence rate,and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were all lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy and snare electrocautery is effective in treating HIV patients with perianal CA.It can improve the cure rate,reduce adverse reactions and recurrence rates,alleviate pain levels,and is worthy of widespread clinical application.
