利那鲁肽配合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病微炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析利那鲁肽配合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病微炎症反应的影响。方法研究对象为88例2型糖尿病患者,纳入时间为2022年1月-2023年3月,均为首次确诊且既往未服用过相关治疗药物,根据治疗方式不同,分为两组展开回顾性分析,将二甲双胍单一治疗的44例患者纳入对照组,将利那鲁肽配合二甲双胍治疗的44例患者纳入观察组,对比两组患者治疗前后的糖脂代谢指标、微炎症反应及不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者的糖脂代谢指标、炎症因子水平对比差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、急性时相血清淀粉样蛋白A(ASAA)水平显著下降且显著低于对照组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平显著提高且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论利那鲁肽配合二甲双胍有助于改善2型糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢水平,降低微炎症反应,且不会增加不良反应,疗效及安全性均较为理想,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of linaglutide combined with metformin on microinflammatory response in type 2 diabetes.Methods 88 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the study from January 2022 to March 2023.They were all diagnosed for the first time and had not taken any related therapeutic drugs before.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups for retrospective analysis.44 patients with metformin alone were included in the control group,and 44 patients with linaglutide combined with metformin were included in the observation group.The glucose and lipid metabolism indexes Micro inflammatory reactions and adverse reactions were compared.Result There was no significant difference in glucose and lipid metabolism indicators and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);observation group after treatment:the levels of FPG,2hPG,HBAlc,TC,TG,LDL-C,IL-6,TNF-α,ASAA significantly decreased and was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the HDL-C level significantly increased and was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Linalutide combined with metformin is helpful to improve the level of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes,reduce the micro inflammatory reaction,and does not increase the adverse reaction at the same time.The efficacy and safety are ideal,and have good clinical application value.
