摘　　要：目的探究间苯三酚结合低频脉冲电刺激在初产妇产后轻中度压力性尿失禁中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月-2023年9月在江西省兴国县人民医院进行治疗的产后轻中度压力性尿失禁初产妇68例,采用随机分组法将纳入研究对象分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组予以低频脉冲电刺激,观察组在对照组基础上给予间苯三酚治疗,两组均持续治疗3天,比较两组患者的盆底肌肌力水平、尿失禁情况、主观指标、临床疗效以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,与对照组相比较,观察组患者盆底肌肌力恢复正常率较高,从统计学角度分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者漏尿量、漏尿次数、排尿次数均降低,且与对照组相比较,观察组更低,从统计学角度分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比较,观察组患者国际尿失禁问卷简表(ICIQ-SF)量表评分较低,盆腔器官脱垂-尿失禁性生活问卷(PISQ-31)量表评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者均无明显不良反应情况发生。结论间苯三酚结合低频脉冲电刺激应用于产后轻中度压力性尿失禁初产妇,能恢复其盆底肌肌力水平,改善尿失禁情况,且无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the application effect of phloroglucinol combined with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation in mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence in primiparous women after childbirth.Method 68 primiparous women with mild to moderate postpartum stress urinary incontinence who underwent treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to September 2023 were selected.The study subjects were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation,while the observation group received treatment with phloroglucinol on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to receive treatment for 3 days.The pelvic floor muscle strength,urinary incontinence,subjective indicators,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher rate of recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength to normal,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the patient's leakage volume,leakage frequency,and urination frequency all decreased,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower.From a statistical perspective,the difference was significant(P<0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower score on the International Urinary Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form(ICIQ-SF)and a higher score on the Pelvic Organ Prolapse Urinary Incontinence Sexual Life Questionnaire(PISQ-31).From a statistical perspective,the difference was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall effective rate,and from a statistical perspective,the difference was significant(P<0.05);during the treatment period,no significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups of patients.Conclusion The combination of phloroglucinol and low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation can restore pelvic floor
