摘 要:总结一例肝门胆管癌根治术患者的围术期护理经验,护理要点包括:护士注意观察患者病情发展情况,实施针对性的术前检查指导、心理护理、术后引流管护理和并发症的观察与护理,通过给予患者营养支持、预防感染、止痛、护胃、化痰等治疗及护理措施,保证患者获得良好的治疗效果和预后,使患者病情逐渐稳定并康复出院。To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of a patient undergoing radical operation for hilar cholangiocarcinoma.The main nursing points include:The nurses pay attention to the development of the patient's condition,implement targeted preoperative examination guidance,psychological nursing,postoperative drainage tube nursing and observation and nursing of complications,and guarantee the patient's good treatment effect and prognosis by providing the patient with nutritional support,infection prevention,pain relief,stomach protection,phlegm reduction and other treatment and nursing,so that the patient's condition is gradually stable and recovered and discharged.
