摘　　要：目的分析采取阶段性护理干预对乳腺癌术后患者患侧上肢功能恢复的影响。方法将北京协和医院2021年1月-2022年1月期间接收的700例乳腺癌术后患者作为观察对象,将信息资料纳入计算机系统分成两组,对照组共计350例,开展一般护理干预,另外接受阶段性护理干预的350例患者自动划为观察组,对比两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度、术后负压引流量、术后负压引流拔管时间以及患者不同时段的上肢功能情况。结果对两组患者相关指标进行评估,观察组明显优于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌术后患者护理中,采用阶段性护理干预,可有效缩短患者的术后负压引流拔管时间,控制患者的引流量,还有助于促进患者患侧上肢功能恢复,降低患者的并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,实际应用效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of staged nursing intervention on the recovery of upper limb function of patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods 700 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients received in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were taken as observation objects.The information data were included in the computer system and divided into two groups.The control group(350 cases in total,with general nursing intervention),and 350 patients who received phased nursing intervention were automatically divided into the observation group.The incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction,and postoperative negative pressure drainage volume of patients in the two groups were compared,postoperative negative pressure catheterization time and the shoulder activity of patients at different time periods.Results The evaluation of relevant indicators between the two groups of patients showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative nursing care of patients with breast cancer,phased nursing intervention can effectively shorten the time of decannulation of patients with postoperative negative pressure drainage,control the amount of patients'drainage,and also help to promote the recovery of patients'affected upper limb function,reduce the incidence of patients'complications,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.The practical application effect is significant,and it is worth promoting.
