蒲公英捣烂外敷治疗乳汁淤积症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对乳汁淤积症采用蒲公英捣烂外敷治疗的疗效。方法前瞻性选取仙居县中医院收治的产后并发乳汁淤积症的产妇为研究对象,共100例,将其随机分为对照组及观察组各50例,病例选取时间为2022年1月-2023年1月。其中对照组患者采用传统热敷、挤奶、按摩的方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予蒲公英捣碎外敷进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、症状消失时间、疼痛程度。结果观察组总有效人数为49例,总有效率(98.00%)高于对照组总有效人数43例,总有效率(86.00%)(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解时间、母乳开始分泌时间、肿块消失时间均较对照组短,乳汁排出量较对照组多(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒲公英捣烂外敷治疗乳汁淤积症可有效提高临床疗效、缓解疼痛、促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of dandelion crushing and external application on milk stasis.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with postpartum complications of lactation in our hospital were prospectively selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The cases were selected from January 2022 to January 2023.Among them,the control group was treated with traditional hot compress,milking and massage,and the observation group was treated with dandelion mashed external compress on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective population in the observation group was 49 cases,and the total effective rate(98.00%)was higher than that in the control group(43 cases,86.00%)(P<0.05).Symptom remission time,breast milk initiation time and mass disappearance time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and milk output was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The pain relief degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dandelion crushing and external application can effectively improve the clinical effect,promote the recovery of patients and relieve pain.
