针刺辅助双合汤佐治痰瘀痹阻型类风湿性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺辅助双合汤佐治痰瘀痹阻型类风湿性关节炎的临床价值与作用。方法研究选取2021年1月-2024年1月时间段开展数据分析工作,并以该时间段内收诊的90例痰瘀痹阻型类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,依据随机信封法分为对照组、观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刺辅助双合汤治疗,对比两组治疗有效性、症状改善时间与疼痛评分、中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗有效性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组晨僵症状改善时间短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前组间中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后中医证候积分值对比,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痰瘀痹阻型类风湿性关节炎治疗中,采用针刺辅助双合汤佐治方案,整体效果更加理想,有助于晨僵、疼痛症状改善,纠正各项中医证候,临床价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical value and effect of acupuncture assisted Shuanghe Decoction in treating phlegm-stasis arthralgia type rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Data analysis was carried out from January 2021 to January 2024.90 patients with phlegmstasis rheumatoid arthritis were collected and treated during the observation period.They were divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group according to random envelope method.The treatment effectiveness,symptom improvement time,pain score and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of morning stiffness symptom in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the pain score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of phlegm-stasis arthralgia type rheumatoid arthritis,the overall effect of acupuncture assisted Shuanghe decoction is more ideal,which is helpful to improve the symptoms of morning stiffness and pain,correct various TCM syndroms,and has high clinical value.
