摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定养荣百草丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用Agilent SB-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5µm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在0.318-1.590µg范围内线性关系良好(r=1),平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.0%。结论此方法分离效果好,简便、快速、准确,可用于该药品的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC methodfor the determination of paeoniflorin in Yangrongbaicao Pills.Methods The concent of paeoniflorin in Yangrongbaicao Pills was determined on Agilent-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5µm),the mobile phase is acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(14∶86),at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min,the detection wavelength was set 230nm.Results The linear relationship of paeoniflorin was good in the rnge of 0.318-1.590µg(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 97.8%with RSD of 1.0%.Conclusion This method has well separation effect,and it is simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of this medicine.
