摘 要:该文立足航天企业科研项目管理模式开展创新分析,目的是改进传统管理模式,为航天科研项目高效有序进展提供管理动力。整合管理现状分析方法,指出创新方向,并整合优化发展环境、控制研发周期、精准定位研发项目、创建PDCA循环管理体系及提升重大组织策划能力等方法,让科研项目管理模式焕然一新,达到预期创新目标。通过创新方法的实施,航天企业科研项目实施周期大幅缩短,研发效率不断提升,还提高研发的严谨性。总而言之,航天企业科研项目的管理模式创新和改进非常必要,必须要将这些手段和方法实施进来,才能达到预期发展效果。Based on the scientific research project management model of aerospace enterprises,this paper carries out innovative analysis in order to improve the traditional management mode and provide management power for the efficient and orderly progress of aerospace scientific research projects.This paper proposes to integrate the analysis method of the current situation of management,point out the direction of innovation,and integrate and optimize the development environment,control the research and development cycle,accurately locate research and development projects,create a PDCA cycle management system and enhance the ability of major organization planning,so as to make the scientific research project management model take on a new look and achieve the expected innovation goal.Through the implementation of innovative methods,the implementation cycle of scientific research projects in aerospace enterprises has been greatly shortened,the efficiency of research and development has been continuously improved,and the rigor of research and development has been improved.In conclusion,it is very necessary to innovate and improve the management mode of scientific research projects in aerospace enterprises,and these means and methods must be implemented in order to achieve the desired development results.
