摘 要:该文结合四川南充一典型商品沥青混合料拌合站规划建设实例,在有限的场站空间中充分利用地形及架空、地下式输送装置,布置包括旧沥青砼破碎、废建材修型、水泥稳定混合料生产、乳化沥青生产和沥青混合料生产等多条生产线,通过合理规划各功能分区,场区运输线路实现多生产线同步运行、高效生产的目标,为同类拌合站、破碎场规划建设提供借鉴。Based on an example of planning and construction of a typical commercial asphalt mixture mixing station in Nanchong,Sichuan Province,this paper makes full use of topography and overhead and underground conveying devices in the limited station space.The layout includes many production lines,such as crushing of old asphalt concrete,modification of waste building materials,production of cement stabilized mixture,production of emulsified asphalt and production of asphalt mixture,etc.The goal of synchronous operation and efficient production of multiple production lines can be realized through rational planning of functional zones and field transportation lines,which can provide reference for the planning and construction of similar mixing stations and crushing plants.
