摘　　要：架空叠合式水厂由于其结构特殊性,建立在斜坡的架空平台上,施工难度大、工序多、工期压力大。因此,应根据工程结构特点制定相应的施工方案。在施工质量管理上,从生产过程中的质量把控、施工过程中的技术管理与施工后的质量监测三方面多措并举三管齐下,把好“五关”,严守“三不准”。施工进度的管理则是从组织保证、施工管理、过程控制3方面实现。该文对斜坡地形超大型架空叠合式水厂的施工组织管理措施作出总结,对类似的工程施工具有参考意义。Because of the particularity of its structure,the overhead superimposed waterworks is built on the overhead platform of the slope,which has the advantages of difficult construction,many working procedures and high pressure on the construction period.Therefore,the corresponding construction plan should be made according to the structural characteristics of the project.In the construction quality management,we should adopt a three-pronged approach from three aspects:the quality control in the production process,the technical management in the construction process and the quality monitoring after construction.The management of construction progress is realized in three aspects:organization guarantee,construction management and process control.This paper summarizes the construction organization and management measures of super-large-scale overhead superimposed waterworks on slope topography,which is of reference significance for similar projects.
