摘 要:车流量不断增加与通行能力受限之间的矛盾,以及公众日益增加的对高品质通行服务水平的强烈需求,要求高速公路改扩建既要通过增加行车道以提高通行能力,也要通过调整平纵线型以提高道路通行舒适度和品质。在高速公路平纵线型调整过程中,如何高效、高质量利用既有道路桥梁,对于节省项目建设资金,延长既有线路的使用寿命,践行绿色建设理念具有重要意义。该文以某高速公路改扩建为案例,介绍一种不同工况下多桥梁顶升方式同步施工技术,该技术综合利用包括支座垫石增高、盖梁接高、断柱接高等多种顶升方式,实现桥梁多跨同步调坡顶升,具有经济实用、安全高效、控制精度高等优点。The contradiction between the increasing traffic flow and the limited traffic capacity,as well as the increasing public demand for high-quality traffic service level,require the highway reconstruction and expansion to improve the traffic capacity not only by increasing the lanes,but also by adjusting the horizontal and vertical linetypes to improve the road comfort and quality.In the process of horizontal and vertical alignment adjustment of expressway,how to make efficient and high-quality use of existing roads and bridges is of great significance for saving project construction funds,prolonging the service life of existing lines and implementing the concept of green construction.Taking the reconstruction and expansion of an expressway as a case,this paper introduces a synchronous construction technology of multi-bridge lifting mode under different working conditions.The comprehensive utilization of this technology includes many kinds of lifting methods,such as support cushion stone heightening,cover beam connecting height,broken column connecting height and so on.The realization of multi-span synchronous slope adjustment and lifting of bridges has the advantages of economy and practicality,safety and high efficiency,high control precision and so on.
