城市更新下传统街巷空间设计研究——以昆阳老街为例

摘　　要：传统街巷作为城市的“旧面孔”见证了一座城市的变迁与成长,包含着其独特的历史文化记忆和深厚的人文内涵,既是城市的“里子”同样也是城市的“面子”,更是打破“千城一面”的关键钥匙。文章以昆明市晋宁区昆阳老街为研究对象,通过实地调研、问卷发放等分析总结出现状街巷空间存在的问题,并以此提出街巷空间风貌改造以及街巷空间活力提升的策略,实现街巷风貌的整体性与原真性,做到以人为本留住当地居民的同时吸引外来游客,并期待能为类似的传统街巷更新和活化提供一定的参考借鉴。Traditional streets and alleys as the city's"old face"witnessed the changes and growth of a city,contains its unique historical and cultural memory and deep humanistic connotations,They are not only the"inside"and"outside"of the city,but also the key to breaking the phenomenon of"thousands of city side".This paper takes Kunyang Old Street in Jinning District,Kunming as the research object,analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of the existing street space through field research,questionnaire distribution,and puts forward the strategies of street space style renovation and street space vitality enhancement in order to realizing the integrity and authenticity of street and alley style,and meet public needs to attract tourists while retaining local residents,and it is expected to provide some reference for the renewal of traditional streets and alleys.
