摘 要:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定水果、蔬菜中农药残留氟虫脲的检测方法。样品经过乙腈提取,p680型高效液相色谱仪,以乙腈∶水=20∶80为流动相,进样量20μL,流速0.8 mL/min,C18型色谱柱分离,二级阵列检测器分析,检测波长260 nm,柱温35℃。在此色谱条件下,氟虫脲标准溶液线性良好,线性方程Y=3.2174X-0.0054,相关系数R^(2)=0.9999,线性范围0.02~1.00μg/mL。在空白黄瓜基质中低、中、高三水平,六平行加标,回收率94.3%~101.1%,RSD为1.0%~3.2%,方法的检出限为0.004 mg/kg。试验对白菜、豇豆、苹果进行了加标检测。此方法与农业农村部标准方法相比,简化了样品的提取条件,检测结果精确灵敏、回收率高,适用于水果、蔬菜中氟虫脲农药残留的检测。A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for the determination of flubenzuron pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.After extraction with acetonitrile,the samples were analyzed by Diane p680 liquid chromatography.Chromatographic separation of the migration solution was performed on a C18 chromatographic column by a gradient elution of acetonitrile and water(20∶80).The injection volume was 20μL,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,and using two-stage array detector with detection wavelength of 260 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.The results showed that there were good linear relationships for flubenzuron in the concentration range of 0.02~1.00μg/mL,with the correlation coefficients of 0.9999,the linear equation of fluconazole was Y=3.2174X-0.0054.Six parallel spiking was performed on cucumber at low,medium,and high levels.The recoveries of the target were 94.3%~101.1%at three spiked levels.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 1.0%~3.2%.The method limits of quantification(LOQs)was 0.004 mg/kg.This method was used to detect spiked cabbage、cowpea and apple samples.Compared with the national standard,this method simplifies the extraction conditions of the samples,and the detection results were accurate,simple,rapid and could be used to determine the flubenzuron pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
