摘 要:为了提高聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维的紫外防护性能,采用熔融纺丝的方法,将质量比1∶1的二氧化铈-二氧化钛(CeO_(2)-TiO_(2))功能性复合粉体与PET切片共混制备抗紫外消光PET纤维。通过紫外-可见近红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、声速取向测量仪、纱线强伸仪、纺织物防晒指数分析仪等对抗紫外消光PET纤维的性能进行测试和分析。结果表明:随着功能性复合粉体质量分数的增加,纤维的结晶度先减小后增大;纤维的力学性能有所下降,但仍能保持在3cN/dtex以上,满足服用性能的要求;当加入质量分数超过1.5%的功能性复合粉体时,纤维的回潮率得到提高,从0.41%上升到了0.61%,此时抗紫外消光PET纤维织物的紫外线防护系数(UPF)可以达到372+,长波紫外线区透过率小于3.67%,中波紫外线区透过率达到最小值0.05%,在正常和润湿状态下都能达到优异的抗紫外效果,同时消光性能也得到明显改善。In order to improve the UV protection performance of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)fiber,the UV-resistant PET fiber was prepared by blending CeO_(2)-TiO_(2) functional composite powder at a mass ratio of 1∶1 with PET slices by melt spinning.The properties of UV-resistant extinction PET fiber were tested and analyzed by UV-Vis near infrared spectrometer,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),sound velocity orientation measuring instrument,yarn tensile tester and textile sun protection index analyzer.The results showed that with the increase of the mass fraction of functional powder,the crystallinity of the fiber first decreased and then increased.The mechanical properties of the fiber decreased,but it could still remain above 3cN/dtex,which met the fiber requirement for clothing.When the mass fraction of functional composite powder exceeded 1.5%,the moisture regain rate of the fiber was improved from 0.41%to about 0.61%,the UPF of its fabric reached 372+,the UVA was less than 3.67%,and the UVB reached the minimum value of 0.05%,which could achieve excellent anti-ultraviolet effect in both normal and wet conditions.At the same time,the extinction performance was also obviously improved.
