低红外发射率环氧树脂/黄铜复合涂层的制备及性能研究

摘  要:以环氧树脂为粘合剂,片状黄铜粉为功能颜料,硅烷偶联剂为界面改性剂,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)为增塑剂,采用玻璃棒刮涂法制备了具有良好力学性能、光学性能和耐盐水性能的低红外发射率环氧树脂/黄铜复合涂层,研究了黄铜粉添加量、硅烷偶联剂种类、硅烷偶联剂添加量及DOP添加量对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:黄铜粉添加量的增加会使涂层的红外发射率和光泽度明显降低,当黄铜粉添加量为50%(质量分数)时,复合涂层具有最低的红外发射率(0.585)和光泽度(21.9)。在涂层配方中引入硅烷偶联剂KH570和DOP,可增强树脂基体与颜料间的结合强度及改善环氧树脂基体的韧性,从而显著提高复合涂层的力学性能。当复合涂层中KH570和DOP添加量均为7%(质量分数)时,复合涂层具有较低红外发射率(0.468)、较低光泽度(21.5)和优异的力学性能(附着力为1级,柔韧性为2mm,冲击强度为50kg·cm)。采用最佳配方制备的复合涂层在盐水中浸泡21d后,涂层的红外发射率和光泽度基本稳定,力学性能变化有限,表明制备的复合涂层具有良好的耐盐水性能。A low infrared emissivity epoxy resin/brass composite coating with good mechanical properties,optical property,and saltwater resistance was prepared by glass rod scraping method using epoxy resin,flake brass powders,silane coupling agent,and dioctyl phthalate(DOP)as binder,functional pigments,interface modifier,and plasticizer,respectively.The effects of brass powder addition,silane coupling agent types,silane coupling agent addition,and DOP addition on the coating performance were systematically investigated.The results showed that the infrared emissivity and glossiness of the coating decreased significantly with the increase of the addition amount of brass powder.When the addition amount(mass fraction)of brass powder was 50%,the coating had the lowest infrared emissivity(0.585)and glossiness(21.9).The introduction of KH570 and DOP into the coating formulation could significantly improve the mechanical properties of the coating by enhancing the bonding strength between the resin matrix and the pigment and improving the toughness of the epoxy resin matrix.When the addition amount of KH570 and DOP in the coating were both 7%,the coating had lower infrared emissivity(0.468),lower glossiness(21.5),and excellent mechanical properties(adhesion strength of grade 1,flexibility of 2 mm,and impact strength of 50kg·cm).The infrared emissivity and glossiness of the coating prepared with the optimal formulation were basically stable after being corroded by saltwater for 21 days,and the mechanical property change was limited,indicating that the prepared coating had good saltwater resistance.
