摘  要:以导电聚合物聚(3,4乙撑二氧噻吩)∶聚(苯乙烯磺酸)(PEDOT∶PSS)为原料,通过添加离子液体调控纤维性能,利用湿法纺丝制备出具有较高机械强度、高导电性和良好热电输出特性的多功能PEDOT∶PSS纤维,并考察了离子液体含量及喷丝头直径对纤维性能的影响。结果表明:离子液体含量为2%(质量分数)时,PEDOT∶PSS纤维断裂强度和电导率分别为196MPa、2054S/cm,功率因数达到80μW/(m·K^(2)),塞贝克系数超过20μV/K,最大功率为3.5nW;随着喷丝头直径的增加,纤维的断裂强度下降但断裂伸长率提高,喷丝头直径为0.25mm时纤维的断裂强度达到254MPa,电导率为2465S/cm;喷丝头直径为0.58mm时纤维断裂伸长率达到23%。A multifunctional PEDOT∶PSS fiber with high mechanical strength,high conductivity and good thermoelectric output characteristics was prepared by wet spinning using conductive polymer poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)∶poly(styrene sulfonic acid)(PEDOT∶PSS)as raw material and ionic liquid as modifier to control fiber performance.The effects of ionic liquid content and spinneret diameter on the fiber properties were investigated.The results showed that when the ionic liquid content was 2%(mass fraction),the breaking strength and conductivity of the PEDOT∶PSS fiber were 196MPa and 2054S/cm,respectively,the power factor reached 80μW/(m·K^(2)),the Seebeck coefficient exceeded 20μV/K,and the maximum power was 3.5nW.With the increase of spinneret diameter,the breaking strength of the fiber decreased but the elongation at break increased.When the spinneret diameter was 0.25mm,the breaking strength of the fiber reached 254MPa and the conductivity was 2465S/cm.When the spinneret diameter was 0.58mm,the elongation at break reached 23%.
