摘  要:为了开发低成本、环境友好的离子液体吸附材料,在均相体系中,以微晶纤维素为基材,过硫酸铵为引发剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体,制备了纤维素接枝共聚物,再通过磺化作用制备了磺化纤维素(CMS)吸附剂。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪表征了CMS的结构,研究了反应温度、单体用量对接枝率的影响以及吸附时间、pH、吸附剂用量对1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Bmim]Cl)的吸附性能。结果表明:在吸附时间为45min、吸附剂用量为20mg、溶液pH=6.8条件下,CMS对[Bmim]Cl的吸附效果较好。To develop the low-cost and environmentally friendly adsorbent for ionic liquid(IL),a cellulose graft copolymer was prepared in a homogeneous system using microcrystalline cellulose as the substrate,ammonium persulfate as the initiator and methyl methacrylate(MMA)as the monomer.Then,the resultant graft copolymer was sulfonated to synthesize an adsorbent(CMS).The structure of the CMS was characterized by FT-IR.Meanwhile,the effects of reaction temperature and monomer dosage on the grafting yield,as well as the effects of adsorption time,pH,and adsorbent dosage on the adsorption performance of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([Bmim]Cl),were systematically studied.The results showed that the adsorption effect of CMS for[Bmim]Cl was better under the conditions of adsorption time of 45min,sorbent dosage of 20mg,and solution pH=6.8.
