摘 要:针对硼氢化钠(NaBH_(4))水解产氢所需的整体型催化剂,在分析纤维状海泡石的化学组成、热稳定性及其包覆前后微观结构的基础上,将其与工业煤渣粉进行复配、共混、压制和烧结成型,得到钴基氧化物负载纤维状海泡石(Co_(3)O_(4)@海泡石)-煤渣多孔陶瓷,研究了陶瓷坯体在高温烧结后的微观结构和吸水率,进一步探究其催化NaBH_(4)水解产氢性能。结果表明,海泡石在包覆后仍显示纤维状结构;在相同烧结工艺下,相比纯煤渣多孔陶瓷,Co_(3)O_(4)@海泡石-煤渣多孔陶瓷显示出更高的产氢速率和催化过程中强结构稳定性,这些特性源于烧结过程中产生的结构耦合作用。Aimed at the integral catalyst required for the hydrogen production of NaBH_(4) hydrolysis,the chemical composition,thermal stability and microstructure of fibrous sepiolite before and after encapsulation were analyzed,then it was compounded,blended,pressed and sintered with industrial cinder powder to obtain cobalt-based oxide-loaded fibrous sepiolite(Co_(3)O_(4)@Sepiolite)-cinder porous ceramics.The microstructure and water absorption of the ceramic blanks after sintering at high temperature were studied,and the catalytic hydrogen production performance of NaBH_(4) was further investigated.The results showed that the sepiolite still exhibited a fibrous structure after encapsulation.Under the same sintering process,Co 3O 4@sepiolite-cinder porous ceramics showed higher hydrogen production rate and strong structural stability during the catalytic process compared with pure cinder porous ceramics,which was attributed to the structural coupling effect generated in the sintering process.
