摘  要:建立艾叶中挥发油的含量测定方法。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取艾叶挥发性成分,色谱柱型号为HP-5,其规格为长度30 cm,内径0.32 mm,膜的厚度0.25μm,升温为阶梯升温;程序条件为初温60℃,先以3℃/min的速率升温至120℃,再以15℃/min的速率升温,终温为250℃,载气流速为l mL/min。桉油精、石竹烯在各自的质量浓度范围内与测定值的线性关系良好,不同产地艾叶中挥发油含量,桉油精、石竹烯含量有所差异。该方法操作便捷、灵敏度高、专属性好,可为艾叶质量评价提供一定的依据。It is suggested that the determination method of volatile oil in mugwort leaf compares the difference of the main volatile oil components produced in mugwort leaf and Henan mugwort leaf.The volatile components of mugwort leaves were extracted by water vapor distillation,and the column was HP-5(30 cm,0.32 mm,0.25μm),programmed warming:initial temperature was 60℃,first to 120℃at a rate of 3℃/min,then to 250℃at a rate of 15℃/min with gas flow rate of 1 mL/min.Eucalyptus oil and carophyene in their respective mass concentration range.The content of essential oil in eucalyptus and bamboo in mugwort leaves was different in different producing areas.This method was convenient to operate,with high sensitivity and good specificity,which could provide certain basis for quality evaluation of mugwort leaves.
