摘　　要：文章旨在探讨数字经济时代商业银行转型的核心要点,即把握转型策略的精髓、拥有应对挑战的勇气和识别机遇的智慧。文章从数字经济的快速发展出发,分析商业银行在这一进程中的角色演变,重点研究银行业务、金融科技(FinTech)创新、客户需求变化等因素对商业银行转型的影响。通过实证研究和理论分析,提出面向未来的商业银行的数字化转型策略,并就转型过程面临的挑战和机遇展开深入讨论。This paper aims to explore the core points of the transformation of commercial banks in the era of digital economy,which are grasping the essence of the transformation strategy,the courage to face challenges and the wisdom to identify opportunities.Based on the rapid development of digital economy,this paper analyzes the role evolution of commercial banks in this process,and focuses on the impact of banking business,financial technology(FinTech)innovation,customer demand changes and other factors on the transformation of commercial banks.Through empirical research and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward a future-oriented digital transformation strategy for commercial banks,and deeply discusses the challenges and opportunities during the transformation process.
