摘 要:现代企业之间的竞争已不再局限于资源、人力以及物流领域,而是扩展到了供应链、产业链以及生态圈之间。然而,建筑业特殊的生产特点和传统的采购管理模式,使建筑企业在供应链管理方面仍面临许多问题和挑战。为了适应时代发展需求,建筑企业迫切需要转变传统的采购管理模式,以实现现代化供应链管理,提高企业的竞争力和综合效益。基于此,文章将分析当前建筑业供应链管理存在的问题,并针对这些问题提供有效的供应链管理转型思路,以加强对供应链风险的监控,提高供应链管理的稳定性和可靠性。The competition between modern enterprises is no longer limited to traditional fields,such as resources,manpower and logistics,but has expanded to the competition of supply chains,industrial chains,and ecosystems.However,due to the unique production characteristics and the traditional procurement management model of the constr uction industry,there are still many problems and challenges in the supply chain management in construction enterprises.In order to meet the development needs of the times,construction enterprises urgently need to transform the traditional procurement management model,achieve modern supply chain management,and improve their competitiveness and comprehensive benefits.Based on this,this article will analyze the problems in current supply chain management in the construction industry,and then provide effective supply chain management transformation ideas to address these problems,in order to strengthen the monitoring and control of supply chain risks,and improve the stability and reliability of supply chain management.
