提高云浮硫铁矿原矿台时处理量的研究及应用

摘　　要：提高原矿台时处理量,降低生产成本是矿山企业长期的目标。本研究通过合理配矿、提高原矿可磨性和可选性,降低自磨机及以下设备低负荷运转时间,控制磨矿细度,提高浮选稳定性等措施,将广东广业云硫矿业有限公司(从事云浮硫铁矿生产的公司)采选公司磨浮车间原矿处理量由57.20 t/h(前五年平均值)提高到60.42 t/h,降低生产成本,并取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Improving the processing capacity of raw ore and reducing production costs is the long-term goal of mining enterpris-es.This study aims to increase the processing capacity of raw ore in the grinding and flotation workshop of Guangdong Guangye Yunsulfur Mining Co.,Ltd.(a company engaged in the production of Yunfu pyrite)from 57.20 t/h(the average value of the previous five years)to 60.42 t/h through measures such as reasonable ore blending,improving the grindability and selectivity of the raw ore,reducing the low load operation time of the self grinding mill and the following equipment,controlling the grinding fineness,and improving flotation stability.This has reduced production costs and achieved good economic and social benefits.
