摘  要:文章针对某钢厂磨辊间加工的轧辊横向辊印不良率高问题,通过阐述运用精益六西格玛DMAIC方法进行系统性分析,采用属性一致性分析方法验证输出的真实性,利用流程分析、因果矩阵、潜在失效模式以及后果分析等工具识别因子,借助双样本T检验和Logistic回归分析筛选确认关键因子,设计DOE实验和RSM响应曲面实验进行因子验证,优化关键因子参数,最终针对性地提出综合性控制措施。This article focuses on the problem of high lateral roll imprint failure rate in the grinding process of a certain steel plant.By explaining the systematic analysis using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC method,the authenticity of the output is verified using the attribute consistency analysis method.Factors are identified using tools such as process analysis,causal matrix,potential failure modes,and consequence analysis.Key factors are screened and confirmed using double sample T-test and logis-tic regression analysis.DOE experiments and RSM response surface experiments are designed for factor validation,optimizing key factor parameters,and finally proposing comprehensive control measures.
