摘 要:机械制造业的发展不仅是一个国家经济实力和科技进步的象征,不仅为国家社会发展提供了有效的物质资源,还为其在全球舞台上的影响力提供了有力的保障。因此,本文针对港口机械钢结构制造中存在的管理模式落后、工艺设计方式滞后等问题展开了研究。在分析港口机械制造工艺流程的基础上,提出了港口机械钢结构制造工艺流程的优化方案。通过引入现代化的自动化设备和智能制造技术,以提升生产效率。同时,借助工艺创新,采用先进的钢结构制造工艺,精简工艺流程、提高个性化定制能力,以满足市场需求。The development of the mechanical manufacturing industry is not only a symbol of a country's economic strength and technological progress,but also provides effective material resources for the country's social development and strong guarantees for its influence on the global stage.Therefore,this article focuses on the problems of outdated management models and outdated process design methods in the manufacturing of steel structures in port machinery.On the basis of analyzing the manu-facturing process of port machinery,an optimization plan for the manufacturing process of port machinery steel structures is proposed.By introducing modern automation equipment and intelligent manufacturing technology,production efficiency can be improved.At the same time,with the help of technological innovation,advanced steel structure manufacturing processes are adopted to streamline the process flow and improve personalized customization capabilities,in order to meet market demand.
