摘　　要：Oracle数据库向国产数据库迁移是实现信息化技术自主可控的重要举措之一,同时也是打破国外数据库厂商垄断壁垒,促进国内信息技术(Information Technology,IT)行业长足发展的重要前提。本文简要分析了Oracle数据库向国产数据库迁移的必要性及技术前提,并对具体的数据迁移策略及流程和方法等进行了深入探讨,包括迁移的准备、转换、校验等各阶段要素以及迁移后的系统性能调优工作等,希望能够为相关行业工作人员提供一定技术参考和依据。The migration of Oracle databases to domestic databases is one of the important measures to achieve independent and controllable information technology.This article briefly analyzes the necessity and technical prerequisites for migrating Oracle databases to domestic databases,and explores in depth the specific data migration strategies,processes,and methods,including the preparation,conversion,verification,and other elements of each stage of migration,as well as the system performance tuning work after migration.It is hoped that this can provide technical reference and basis for relevant industry workers.
