基于中医传承辅助系统分析熊磊教授治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的方药规律

摘　　要：目的 运用中医传承辅助系统,分析云南省名中医熊磊教授临床治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的方药使用规律及特色。方法 2020年9月-2021年9月收集熊磊教授临床治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的处方共95张,基于中医传承辅助系统中的熵聚类算法,得到其治疗该病的方药规律。结果 将按标准选入的处方进行数据统计并分析,总结出方药使用的规律,得到新处方5首以及核心组合14个。结论 熊磊教授临床善治小儿咳嗽,具有丰富的临床经验,疗效独到,创立验方—百诃清金汤,具有风痰火共调、肺肝脾同治的组方特点,值得学习借鉴。Objective:To analyze the medication rules and characteristics of prescriptions used by Professor Xiong Lei,a famous TCM doctor in Yunnan Province,in the clinical treatment of children with cough variant asthma by TCM inheritance assistance system.Methods:From September 2020 to September 2021,a total of 95 prescriptions for the clinical treatment of infantile cough variant asthma by Professor Xiong Lei were collected,and the rules of prescriptions for the treatment of the disease were obtained based on the entropy clustering algorithm in the TCM inheritance assistance system.Results:The prescriptions selected according to the standard were statistically analyzed,and the medication rules of prescriptions were summarized.5 new prescriptions and 14 core combinations were obtained.Conclusion:Professor Xiong Lei has rich clinical experience and unique curative effect in the treatment of infantile cough.She has created Baihe Qingjin prescription,which has the characteristics of wind-phlegm-fire co-regulation and lung-liver-spleen co-treatment.
