温阳利水方治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温阳利水方治疗阳虚水泛证慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法纳入2020年11月-2021年11月收治的心功能分级为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级的慢性心力衰竭患者82例,采用随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组各41例。2组均予常规西药治疗,治疗组加服温阳利水方,2组均治疗14d后评价其临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候疗效、血清N末端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)、生活质量评分、6 min步行距离。结果治疗后,2组血清NT-proBNP明显下降,治疗组较对照组下降更为显著(P<0.05);2组患者的活动耐力、生活质量均明显改善,治疗组改善较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率90.24%,显著高于对照组78.05%(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗基础上加用温阳利水方能改善患者的临床症状和降低NT-proBNP、提高生活质量和活动耐力。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Wenyang Lishui Prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure with Yang-deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 82 patients with chronic heart failure classified as grade II to III with heart failure,who were admitted from November 2020 to November 2021,were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,41 cases each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was added Wenyang Lishui Prescription.The clinical effect of both groups was evaluated after 14 days of treatment.The curative effect of TCM syndrome,serum N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),quality of life score and 6-min walking distance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,serum NT-proBNP in the two groups was significantly decreased,and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activity endurance and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.24%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.05%(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Wenyang Lishui Prescription can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce NT-proBNP,improve the quality of life and activity endurance of the patients.
