摘  要:对全钢载重子午线轮胎氮气硫化工艺进行有限元仿真优化。结果表明:通高温蒸汽时间对轮胎整体硫化程度变化影响力不足,保证高温蒸汽足够支撑后期硫化后,不需要再延长通高温蒸汽时间;可以加强硫化设备的保温效果,减小氮气保压阶段温度降幅以降低能源耗散,增大氮气硫化工艺优化的空间,更有利于实现节能降耗和提质增效。The nitrogen vulcanization process of all-steel truck and bus radial tires was optimized through finite element simulation.The results showed that the effect of high temperature steam passage time on the overall vulcanization degree of tires was insufficient.After ensuring high temperature steam was sufficient to support the later stage of vulcanization,there was no need to extend the high temperature steam passage time.It was commended to enhance the insulation effect of vulcanization equipment,reduce the temperature drop during the nitrogen vulcanization pressure holding stage to reduce energy consumption,and increase the space for optimizing the nitrogen vulcanization process,which was more conducive to achieving energy conservation,consumption reduction and quality improvement.
