摘　　要：研究采用管式反应器连续化合成促进剂ZDMC(二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌)的工艺,并分析工艺参数对产品质量的影响。最佳工艺条件为:二甲胺、二硫化碳、氢氧化钠、氯化锌物质的量比为1.0∶1.3∶1.01∶0.502,二甲胺质量分数为40%,氢氧化钠质量分数为32%,氯化锌质量分数为15%,反应温度为40℃,水、二甲胺、二硫化碳、氢氧化钠、氯化锌体积比为7∶25∶10∶15∶75;采用该工艺条件,在管式反应器中进行连续化合成反应,所得产品质量满足GB/T 11409—2008要求,收率在98.5%以上。The synthesis process of accelerator ZDMC(zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate)using a continuous tubular reactor was studied,and the influence of process parameters on product quality was analyzed.The optimal process conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of dimethylamine,carbon disulfide,sodium hydroxide and zinc chloride was 1.0∶1.3∶1.01∶0.502,the mass fraction of dimethylamine,sodium hydroxide and zinc chloride was 40%,32%,15%respectively,the reaction temperature was 40℃,and the volume ratio of water,dimethylamine,carbon disulfide,sodium hydroxide and zinc chloride was 7∶25∶10∶15∶75.Under this process condition,a continuous synthesis reaction was carried out in a tubular reactor,and the product quality met the requirements of GB/T 11409—2008 with a yield of over 98.5%.
