复配混凝剂预处理促进剂CBS生产废水工艺的研究

摘　　要：研究复配混凝剂预处理促进剂CBS生产废水工艺。结果表明:在复配混凝剂用量为3.0 kg·t^(-1),混凝反应pH值为7.5,温度为55℃条件下预处理,促进剂CBS生产废水CODcr去除率达72%以上,多效蒸发蒸汽用量降低,蒸发效率提高,多效蒸发出的盐满足工业用盐要求,蒸馏中水经生化处理后水质满足回用要求,节约了清水用量。The pretreatment process of accelerator CBS production wastewater with composite coagulants was studied.The results showed that under the pretreatment conditions of composite coagulant dosage of 3.0 kg·t^(-1),the coagulation reaction pH value of 7.5,and the temperature of 55℃,the CODcr removal rate of accelerator CBS production wastewater was over 72%,the amount of multi-effect evaporation steam was reduced,and the evaporation efficiency was improved.The salt produced by multi-effect evaporation met industrial salt standards,and the water quality of reclaimed water after biochemical treatment met the requirements for reuse,saving the amount of clean water.
