摘　　要：运用微信小程序研究解决传统实验预约中审批环节分散、实验设备管理效能低下的问题,运用工作流引擎的预约申请思路,实现了分角色、分步骤的预约审批平台。特征是学生即用即走,无需安装,实验室、人员信息、预约信息等数据存储在微信云端,用户访问数据需要通过实名认证,做到了高校实验数据安全可靠。多角色管理端审批弹性流程更适用于高校实验室环境需要,可定制式预约审批信息样板供远程下载保存。本平台在某高校实验室运行两年反映良好。By using WeChat mini programs to study and solve the problems of scattered approval processes and low efficiency in managing experimental equipment in traditional experimental appointments,and utilizing the appointment application ideas of workflow engines,a role-based and step-by-step appointment approval platform has been implemented.The feature is that students can use and leave immediately without installation,and data such as laboratory,personnel information,and appointment information are stored in the WeChat cloud.User access to data requires real name authentication,ensuring the security and reliability of university experimental data.The flexible approval process for multi role management is more suitable for the needs of university laboratory environments,and customized appointment approval information templates can be downloaded and saved remotely.This platform has been running well in a laboratory of a certain university for two years.
