不同致死浓度螺虫乙酯对丽蚜小蜂控害效果的影响

摘  要:本研究选择防治烟粉虱的常用杀虫剂螺虫乙酯,采用药膜法对丽蚜小蜂进行处理,通过温室笼罩等方法,对不同致死浓度螺虫乙酯影响下丽蚜小蜂的种群动态及其对烟粉虱的寄生情况进行系统调查,旨在明确螺虫乙酯对丽蚜小蜂控害能力的亚致死效应。结果表明:LC50螺虫乙酯处理丽蚜小蜂后,在伸蔓期-开花期,丽蚜小蜂蛹的密度明显降低,仅20.94头/100 cm^(2)叶片;烟粉虱卵和高龄若虫的密度明显升高,分别达161.47和46.32头/100 cm^(2)叶片。LC10螺虫乙酯处理丽蚜小蜂后,其蛹的密度在伸蔓期-开花期明显低于清水处理,仅38.14头/100 cm^(2)叶片;其寄生率在伸蔓期-开花期明显低于清水处理,仅60%左右。丽蚜小蜂与烟粉虱高龄若虫的时间和空间生态位重叠指数均随着螺虫乙酯浓度的升高呈下降趋势,说明丽蚜小蜂对烟粉虱高龄若虫的控制能力随螺虫乙酯浓度的升高而降低。因此,不同致死浓度螺虫乙酯均可明显降低丽蚜小蜂在温室条件下对烟粉虱的控制效果。The sublethal effect of insecticides on Encarsia formosa Gahan is one of the main reasons affecting its parasitic ability.The aim of this study was to determine the sublethal effect of spirotetramat on the pest control ability of E.formosa.Population dynamics of E.formosa and parasitic ability of adults were observed and recorded in greenhouse cages with treatments of different lethal concentrations of spirotetramat to E.formosa using residue film method.After exposure to spirotetramat at LC50,the density of E.formosa pupae during vine stage-flowering stage dropped to 20.94 per 100 cm^(2) leaf,lower than that of the water-treated control.The density of eggs and high-instar nymphs Bemisia tabaci during vine stage-flowering stage reached 161.47 and 46.32 ind.per 100 cm^(2) leaf,higher than that of the water-treated control.After exposure to spirotetramat at LC10,the density of E.formosa pupae was only 38.14 per 100 cm^(2) leaf during vine stage-flowering stage,lower than that of the water-treated control.The parasitic rate of E.formosa on B.tabaci was about 60%on vine stage-flowering stage,significantly lower than that of the water-treated control.The temporal and spatial niche overlap indexes of E.formosa and high-instar nymphs B. tabaci were significantly reduced after exposure to different lethal concentrations of spirotetramat. These results show that pestcontrol potential of E. formosa is significantly inhibited when exposed to spirotetramat.
