摘　　要：以卡塔尔世界杯VAR应用情况为研究对象,对VAR技术介入足球比赛判罚的价值思考、边界局限与弥合策略进行分析。研究认为,竞技体育土壤的培育、公正的补偿、工具的弥补及需求的满足是VAR技术介入足球比赛判罚的价值所在。同时,VAR技术介入足球比赛判罚过程中存在具身互动削弱、裁判权威受损、判罚标准失范、球员状态干扰等边界局限。提出如下建议:增强技术表现,提升赛事观赏性;保护裁判权威,保障比赛的公正性;统一使用标准,提高判罚精确性;规避干扰球员,保障赛事流畅性。Taking the application of VAR in the Qatar World Cup as the research object,the paper analyzes the value thinking,boundary limitation and bridging strategy of VAR technology intervening in the penalty of soccer matches.The paper concludes that the cultivation of competitive sports soil,the compensation of justice,the compensation of tools and the fulfillment of needs are the values of VAR technology intervening in the judgment of soccer matches.At the same time,there are limitations such as the weakening of physical interaction,the damage of referee’s authority,the failure of penalty standard,and the interference of player’s state when VAR technology intervenes in the process of judgment of soccer matches.The paper proposes to enhance the technical performance to improve the spectacle of the game;protect the authority of the referee to guarantee the fairness of the game;standardize the use of standards to improve the accuracy of penalties;and avoid interfering with the players to guarantee the smoothness of the game.
