摘 要:为探讨黄花木硬实种子破除方法和种子萌发特性,以黄花木种子为实验材料进行了不同温度的种子萌发实验。结果表明:黄花木种子呈肾形、略扁,长(4.95±0.29)mm宽(3.68±0.25)mm、厚(2.38±0.15)mm,千粒重为(38.52±2.03)g,硬实率为(96.46土4.89)%。砂纸打磨能有效提高黄花木种子吸水率,种子在前4h迅速吸水,吸水率达(139.4土5.63)%;60℃浸种处理能显著提高黄花木种子的萌发率、萌发速率。20/10℃为黄花木种子萌发的最佳温度,60℃浸种处理黄花木种子在该温度下的萌发率、萌发速率最高,分别是90.67%和26.51%,实验结果为黄花木在高海拔城市中的景观绿化应用提供了理论支撑。In order to investigate hard seed breaking method and germination characteristics of Piptanthus concolor,the germination experiments were carried out in different temperature changes.The results showed that the seeds were reniform and slightly flattened.The length,the width and the thickness of P.concolor were 4.95±0.29 mm,3.68±0.25 mm and 2.38±0.15 mm respectively.The thousand grain weight and the hardening rate were 38.52±2.03 g and 96.46±4.89%.Sanding can effectively improve the water absorption of the seed of P.concolor,the water absorption rate reached 139.4±5.63%within the first 4 hours;Soaking at 60℃could significantly increase the germination and germination rate of the seed of P.concolor.The optimum temperature for seed germination of P.concolor was 20/10℃,and the highest germination rate and germination rate were 90.67%and 26.51 respectively at soaking seeds of P.concolor in warm water at 60C.The above results provide theoretical support for the landscape greening application of P.concolor in high-altitude cities.
