摘  要:五小叶槭(Acer pentaphyllum Diels)是四川特有植物,其野外天然分布极其稀少,属国家极小种群。由于五小叶槭就地生境受森林采伐和水电站建设等人类活动的影响而遭到根本性破坏,保护难度较大,需要采用迁地保护的方式进行繁育,以增加五小叶槭种群基数,既从数量上脱离“极危”等级,也可丰富五小叶槭基因多样性。本文基于对五小叶槭原生境的认识和研究,在四川省凉山彝族自治州境内的西昌泸山进行五小叶槭迁地保护移栽试验,通过对试验地中阴坡和阳坡中五小叶槭的生长状况和生理指标进行监测,获取多种环境指标和生理生化数据,指导后续的五小叶槭迁地保护移栽,以期增加五小叶槭的种群数量,为保护生物多样性提供技术支持。Acer pentaphyllum Diels was an unique plant in Sichuan province.Its natural distribution in the wild is extremely rare,and it belongs to a very small population in the country.Due to the fundamental destruction of the local habitat of Acer pentaphyllum Diels by human activities such as forest logging and hydropower station construction,it was dificult to protect it,so it is necessary to adopt conservation to breed in order to increase the population base of Acer pentaphyllum Diels.Based on the understanding and research of the original habitat of Acer pentaphyllum Diels,the ex situ conservation and transplanting experiment of Acer pentaphyllum Diels were carried out in Lushan Mountain,Xichang,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province in this paper.By monitoring the growth status and physiological indexes of Acer pentaphyllum Diels in the shade slope and the sunny slope of the experiment site,a variety of environmental indexes and physiological and biochemical data were obtained to guide the subsequent in-situ conservation and transplanting of Acer pentaphyllum Diels in order to increase the population of Acer pentaphyllum Diels and provide technical support for the protection of biodiversity.
